Dupler Office partnered with WSA on New River Electrical’s headquarters that unites their team and training under one roof while reflecting values of collaboration, equity, and growth. The third floor is reimagined as an open, daylight-rich workspace with varied settings for teamwork and focused tasks. The ground floor introduces flexible training zones and a welcoming café that doubles as a dining space and informal hub for relationship building. New amenities enhance comfort and wellbeing, and environmental graphics weave company values into daily experiences. The design supports long-term growth and equitable workspaces for their employee-owners. More than functional, the space embodies New River Electrical’s values and demonstrates how thoughtful design nurtures wellbeing and connection.
